This week was pretty easy, the material in this week was pretty easy to follow. It was pretty interesting to learning about how much time and effort is put into planning. Also how many different people and processes there is put into it as well. From starting off with planning by reviewing project requests and prioritizing how to get them, analyzing the data and conducting preliminary investigations, designing by developing details of a system and acquiring hardware, implementation to train your users and convert a system, operation and security, all the way to the ongoing activities.
Listening to how much a system analyst has to do was also pretty interesting its amazing how much stuff they can keep up with. Smaller organizations have one system analyst or even one person who assumes the roles of both system analyst and programmer. Larger organizations often have multiple system analysts, Some refer to them as system developer.
